Shipping Rates

Shipping rates to various countries are calculated upon check-out and depend on the overall weight of the shipment and destination. Please note that any shipping fees paid do not include any additional customs duties payable in the destination country, if applicable.

Tracking your order

Once your order is placed, you will receive an automatic order acknowledgement to the email address you provided.

Once the shipment is dispatched, the courier will contact you by telephone to arrange for delivery. The courier will attempt to successfully deliver the order 3 times before the shipment is returned. Once the shipment is returned, we will reach out to you via email.

Once your order is successfully delivered, you will receive the final automated email update.
